This is the setup for the show of my design boards, photo book and final outcome.

UAL Awarding Body exhibition at Chelsea College of Arts

These are my individual (first) and group (last) entry for the UAL Awarding Body exhibition at Chelsea College of Arts.

Final adjustments

After remaking the skirt because the smaller triangles on the previous skirt didn't work well, glueing the petals on and making a few adjustments, the dress is complete. For the show, the garment will be displayed on the manikin, on a plinth along with the photo book and design boards.

Fashion Designs

These are the designs that are going to go on the boards next to the relevant wax, brusho, ironed paper I made. Each design links to certain collages and wax paper I made, whether that being the shape or the colour. I have incorporated lots of pleats and triangles into these designs because from my primary research Issey Miyake uses lots of pleats and Lucienne Day has designed lots of patterns that involve triangles in lots of different ways.
